Tien was taking a brisk walk along the beach when he felt a disturbance in the force. He jumped 100 feet into the air and saw smoke coming from south city. Tien plummeted back down to the Earth. He take a few minutes to do some leg stretches because he did not want to pull a muscle in the battle he knew was going to take place. He sprinted towards South City and arrived three minutes later.
The smoke was still pouring out of multiple buildings from the city. Tien searched the area. He saw a man who stood 5 feet and 7 inches tall and weighed no more than one hundred and fifty pound, by all means a very tiny man. The man turned toward Tien raised his right arm and yelled “bang” he pulled the trigger of a metallic device attached to his arm and a yellow ball jettisoned toward Tien. Tien focused his energy in his foot and unleashed a mighty kick which deflected the energy into the sky, away from the city.
The yellow orb exploded in the sky in a brilliant orange color. The same color as the sunrise on a cool Louisiana morning in early November. Tien stared at the man who seemed some what surprised at Tien’s abilities. He pulled the trigger five more times. Click. Click. Click. Click. Click. Five new yellow balls of energy were headed Tien’s way. Tien jumped high into the sky and landed on a large building. The man now realized he and his Ki blaster were no match for Tien so he took off running. Tien leaped off the building towards the fleeing man. He balled his hand into a fist. The man turned to see if Tien was following him. There was no one there. He looked around confused by Tien’s absence. Then fell over on the ground; knocked out cold.
Tien picked up the man and carried him off towards the police department. On the way people slowly started to file out of their houses and the streets of South City began to fill. All the citizens wanted to see the man who had saved them from the rambunctious scoundrel and his state of the art Ki blaster. Tien stopped and looked around and the people began to cheer. Tien had never been cheered on before and it made him feel quite good. He thought maybe being a bad guy is not the way to live his life. Tien continued on his way carrying the villain to the police station when a man stepped out of the crowd and demanded Tien give up the villain and let the crowd kill him. Tien paused and looked around at the people.
The people were not cheering for Tien because he saved their city, the people cheered because they thought they would get revenge on the evildoer. The Tien’s new found hope in humanity was lost. Why should these people deserve mercy if they couldn’t show it?
Tien took his time and kick all 437,092 of the people’s asses. It took Tien hours to make it back to the station. Tien turned the man in for a 100 zenni reward and took the man’s Ki blaster for a souvenir.
