Vegeta walked into the city while it was raining. The dark clouds were not noticed at this late at night however, but the storm was gentle enough so the warning wasn’t needed. The city reeked of oil, and pollution, Vegeta crinkled his nose at the stench.
Vegeta eventually hit a main road in the worn down city, however few cars past him in the flooded streets. Vegeta sighed, ‘I may as well give up, I don’t think anyone in this city would know that language’. Vegeta thought this, since he could read all the words in the city signs perfectly.
Bored of getting rained on, Vegeta ducked into a casino. It was a rather large building, lit up by spotlights, and covered in red paint. The sign above the building lit up on a three second interval. Vegeta could smell the scent of tobacco, and marijuana pour out of the building. The entrance was blocked by two large bouncers.
They parted, and one said “Alright, no funny business in there ok.” Even though it sounded like a question, Vegeta thought it more as a statement.
“As long as no one bothers me I’ll be fine” Vegeta said, walking past the two brutes.
The inside of the Casino was more impressive, than the outside. There were hundreds of machines of chance, and scores of tables set up for cards. It was a bright gold color all along the walls and ceiling, the doors were all red. Smoke covered the well lit casino floor, and Vegeta waded his way through it, until he found a bar.
